Douglas's mom, patiently explains what homeschooling families might do differently because they live in a different place than he does. A homeschool student living in a city has the opportunity to visit zoos and botanital gardens as part of their homeschool day. Where as, a homeschool student living on a island has the opportunity to study sea life up close. All of Douglas's questions were answered while he was going about his homeschool day, doing his math lesson and spelling test.
